Who we are
Elara Aesthetics is a private aesthetic dermatology practice in Bengaluru. We decide how the details you share with us are used, and we are responsible for looking after them.
What we collect
When you book or request an appointment: your name, mobile number, optional email address, the treatment and time you choose, and a brief reason for your visit if you give one.
When you request an invitation to The Pearl Circle: your name, mobile number, optional email address and any invitation code.
We ask only for what we need. Please do not share detailed medical history through the website; your doctor will take it in person.
Why we use it
To verify your mobile number, arrange and confirm your appointment, send you reminders and changes, and look after you before and after your visit.
If you ask us to, to tell you about The Pearl Circle. We never sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is kept
This website does not keep a copy of your details. Bookings are held in our clinic's appointments and billing system. A verification code may be sent to your phone through our messaging provider.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on our booking pages. A security check from Cloudflare helps protect the booking form from automated abuse.
How long we keep it
Appointment details are kept for as long as you are a client and for as long afterwards as medical record-keeping rules require. Invitation requests are deleted if a membership is not taken up.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time, and ask us to access, correct, update or erase your details, subject to legal record-keeping duties. You may also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.
